Jalan Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager for our second location opening this summer 2025. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and a can-do spirit, as well as managerial/supervisory, sales, and customer service skills, preferably in a spa, fitness, medical, hotel, or restaurant environment
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business or Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of managing a team of at least 20 employees.
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service skills required.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, including 1 weekend day/week.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Responsible for leading a team of up to 30 employees.
- As second in command to the Spa Director, you will be responsible for marketing (including social media), human resources, guest experience, inventory and cost control, facility maintenance, and our retail shop.
