- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant concept.
- Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Compliance with all relevant regulations regarding food and beverage service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area).
- Good vision and hearing, ability to read, write, and operate a computer and telephone.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED; advanced education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
