Duties & Responsibilities
- Guest Experience Management :
Ensure every guest interaction is positive and exceeds expectations.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor and control operational budgets and expenses.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Training Location
All manager candidates will undergo training at the Jalapeno Tree in Tyler, TX, before transitioning to their home store.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant concept.
Valid driver's license.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
