Part-Time Welding Instructor
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Welding Instructor. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders and instructors. Retired or semi-retired are encouraged to apply if you’d like to share your knowledge and expertise with the next generation of welders. This is a new position in an existing hollow metal door and frame business. Salary based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Instruct students on Stick and MIG welding techniques.
- Provide hands-on training welding primarily 12 to 18 gauge hot rolled steel.
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain welding equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Stick and MIG welding.
- Ability to effectively communicate and instruct welding techniques.
- Patient and supportive approach to teaching.
