About us
Jam Time's Natick Mall location is looking for a Saturday manager running kids birthday parties! Must be available every Saturday from 9:30-7:30pm. Running Jam Time and birthday parties with a team of party assistants. Must enjoy kids, birthday parties and know there's lots of cleaning required. Super fun, high energy job!
Responsibilities include:
Receptionist duties with high quality customer service
Running birthday parties
Managing customer questions and needs
Cleaning the play floor and overall facility
Managing a team of party assistants
Overall running of the facility
Requirements:
Must enjoy children
Be personable, outgoing, energetic and have a high level of customer service
Superb attitude and manners both in person and on the phone
Be resourceful, independent and able to handle multiple priorities
Can problem solve and be super motivated
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Job requires a lot of cleaning
Strong leadership skills
Previous lead or management experience
Have own car
Good computer skills
