Jam is a fast paced Brunch restaurant with a dedicated management team that focuses on workplace teamwork and efficiency within our systems and staff.
Main Responsibilities for Line cook :
- Consistency in the quality and execution of menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances throughout the day.
- Be willing to adapt to our systems and menu items as we evolve as a business.
- Be able to cook menu items within the line environment and take direction from our leaders.
