LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES - HOLLIS
The Jamaica Hospital MediSys Family Care Cente r in Hollis, New York offers patients the following medical services : Family Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Prenatal Care (Obstetrics) and Podiatry
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses with prior outpatient experience preferred, for immediate full-time day shift opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Selected candidates will administer care to patients of all ages, gender, and ailments.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE :
- Documenting nursing observations, interventions, and patient's responses to treatment
- Performing vital signs, administering medications, performing electrocardiograms, and assisting with scheduling appointments when needed.
- Collecting specimens and performing phlebotomy for lab tests.
- Collecting and performing Point of Care Testing (POCT).
- Reviewing and maintaining vaccine documentation.
