About the role!
Jamail & Smith Construction is seeking a Closeout Office Administrator to add to our team! This candidate ideally has experience in the construction industry, specifically with closeouts. The Closeout Office Administrator will complete a variety of tasks including answering phones, completing all closeouts for all J&S offices, and other administrative duties. This role will be in person at our Clear Lake location, Monday-Friday.
What You Bring to The Table-
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills.
- Experience in closeouts.
- Knowledge about the commercial construction industry.
- Education- High School diploma or higher.
- Experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in Procore and Timberline is a plus!
What You Will Do-
- Performs all close outs for Jamail & Smith Construction.
- Enter b#’s into Timberline.
- Enter proposal information into Timberline.
- Archives jobs out of Procore..
- Handles any office items needed for the Houston office.
- Oher duties as assigned.
