We have operations, procedures and know-how in place to set the groundwork for continued success. We are committed to supporting our Managers and you will be mentored and equipped with the tools and confidence you need to succeed in your new position.
A General Manager is responsible for the overall store operations, guest experience, sales performance and execution of brand standards in a store. They are also responsible for assisting in the growth of annual sales and profit of the store. A positive track record in these areas is considered a plus! Managers ensure that the store’s appearance and each team member’s performance is to company standard.
