Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to assist the Superintendent and Project Manager in the successful execution of each project. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the profitability and schedules of ongoing projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Logging PO's, subcontracts, and insurance certificates.
- Purchasing project materials.
- Developing change orders and submittals.
- Keeping specific notes, records, sketches, daily reports, and field books organized and verifying planned work to be included into the project's record documents.
- Reviewing shop drawings.
- Resolving design conflicts.
- Controlling document distribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Windows Office Suite.
