Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Rental Logistics & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on-site in Plant City, FL. This role plays a vital part in our rental operations, supporting shipping and receiving, coordinating equipment logistics, and performing both preventive and routine maintenance on rental equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the shipping and receiving process for rental equipment
• Coordinate equipment logistics, including tracking movement in and out of inventory
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on forklifts, scissor lifts, and other rental equipment
• Inspect and prepare equipment for rental, ensuring it is clean, safe, and operational
• Keep accurate records of service, maintenance, and equipment status
• Collaborate with the rental and operations teams to meet scheduling needs
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site
Qualifications
• Experience with equipment maintenance and preventive care
• Working knowledge of forklifts, scissor lifts, and similar machinery
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with the rental equipment industry is a plus
• Technical training or hands-on experience in a maintenance-related role preferred
