Principal Objective of the Position
Provides support for a variety of third-party Business Systems Applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Content/Graphic Design Platforms (Canva), e-Learning Platforms (Articulate, Absorb), Applied Systems Suite (Epic Online, Indio, CSR24)
Position Qualifications and Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Excel and Word. Macro and/or VBA experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Property & Casualty Commercial Insurance
- Good understanding of data visualization and information design concepts
- Background in Data Management, Data Integrity, and Systems Security
- Experience with learning, supporting, and optimizing various end user Business Applications
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Confidence in working independently within a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical personnel
- Work with discretion and adherence to HIPAA and Cyber Security standards
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary support point of contact for a range of Business Systems Applications.
- Development of spreadsheet templates to streamline and standardize processes.
- Design and troubleshooting support for Word and Excel based projects.
- Create, update, and troubleshoot templates in Applied Epic.
- Develop data visualization spreadsheets and provide additional special project support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
