We currently have an opening for a Surety Support Specialist. This role will work out of one of the following office locations: Franklin (TN), Lynchburg (VA) or Raleigh (NC). PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
The Surety Support Specialist serves our account managers and clients by providing daily account support services for existing/assigned surety bond clients.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support ReSource Pro in conducting bond account manager audits.
- Serve as a primary 1st check in bid bond quality control process.
- Manage bond numbers in Tinubu.
- Prepare bond logs as requested by clients.
- Process requests from clients in Tinubu and and Epic.
- Prepare and execute bond documents.
- Provide bond account manager PTO coverage.
- Manage assigned Epic activities.
- Assist with aged receivables follow ups and collections.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Prepare team meeting summaries.
- Process bond renewal exceptions, transact and distribute invoices with required renewal documentation when required.
- Correspond with clients, surety partners, and other bond department managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
