The Paid Social Manager will lead and optimize our paid social advertising efforts across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. In this role, you’ll manage the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and execution to analysis and reporting—focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our ecommerce jewelry brand. You'll work closely with design, content and the Brand team to align campaigns with brand goals and ensure data-driven decisions that maximize ROI. A strong understanding of performance marketing, ad platforms, audience targeting and trend forecasting is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage day-to-day campaign builds, optimizations, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
- Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate the ad creatives based on performance insight
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and report on key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV
- Identify and scale new audiences, channels, and ad formats to improve efficiency and drive growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the SEM, CRM and Brand teams to align marketing strategy with business goals
- Own paid social budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation based on performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns for a DTC ecommerce brand - Required
- Proven track record of driving results across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms - Required
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnel optimization – Required
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail – Required
- Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc.) - Preferred
- Comfortable working with creative teams to develop and optimize visual content - Preferred
- Passion for digital marketing, ecommerce, and lifestyle brands (bonus if you love jewelry!) - Preferred

Annual base pay: $100,000 - $150,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
