As a PART TIME Production Associate at our Manufacturing facility in Kerrville, TX, you will assist management by floating between and assisting various departments. 2nd Shift Schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday; 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

- Perform manufacturing processes as needed in any of the following areas.
- Filling Wax Inventory for Component Jobs
- Wax Washing
- Wax Pin Injection
- Degate/Magnetic Pin Finishing – Run/Sort/Bag
- Easy Link - Charms
- Filling Finished Good Jobs
- Furnace – Run/Sort/Bag
- Lap – Sort/Count/Tray
- Laser Operation - Laser Logo
- Laser Fixture Load & Unload
- Laser Engraving – Simple
- Mechanical Finish – Unload/Sort/Bag
- Findings – Count/Bag
- Finished Goods – Sato Card Inserting
- Pre-bench – Wet Grind
- Pneumatic Press - Flatting
- Any other non-skilled areas as needed.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently including, but not limited to, verbally communicating with plant personnel regarding work processes and work assignments.
- Ability to read and understand written work processes, safety instructions, forms, training materials, etc.
- Ability to input data into standardized forms.
- Ability to complete accurate and timely production forms.
- Ability to perform basic formulas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting and totals.
- Ability to accurately determine weights and measurements.
- Ability to work flexible work schedules and travel to various locations as business need requires.
- Ability to pass a background check as well as an alcohol, controlled substance, and illegal drug screen that meets Company standards before beginning regular employment.
