Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality management systems.
Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications.
- Implement and maintain ISO 13485 standards throughout the quality control processes.
- Perform quality audits and document findings to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Collect and analyze research data related to product quality and performance.
- Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits for traceability and reporting purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices, including ISO 13485 certification requirements.
- Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools, including but not limited to calipers, coordinate measuring machines, and vision inspection systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
