  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
  • Patient Diagnoses : Primarily care for newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients
  • Staffing Ratios : Goal is 1 : 4, but can be 1 : 5
  • Orientation : First week : Mon-Fri dayshift. Second week : 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor.

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
  • Chemo Certification Required
  • BLS Certification Required
  • ACLS Certification Required

    • Schedule Information

  • No set / blocked scheduling. Self-schedule requests accepted to accommodate preferred schedules before finalizing.
  • Weekends : Variable based on unit needs

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols
  • Patient falls prevention

    • Additional Details

  • Required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.
