Description
The Merchandising Coordinator role is responsible for building displays, according to schematics and
standards. In addition, stocking shelves and cold boxes with Red Bull products and place point of sale
materials in customer accounts within an assigned territory. This role also plays a vital role in the support
of the Account Sales Manager (ASM).
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring stock levels, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store has the right amount and type of
items within assign territory.
• Merchandising cold equipment, wire racks, and all other display activity at store level.
• Monitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductions.
• Responsible for delivery of cold equipment placements as directed by management.
• Developing relationships with suppliers and consulting with them on pricing, promotions, and more
• Must complete all invoicing procedures required by respective store and comply with all established
paperwork/invoice procedures.
• Facilitating paperwork and recordkeeping for receiving and processing merchandise.
• Assist Account Sales Manager with relative duties to large and small format accounts.
• Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Build and protect the brand.
• Researching and choosing products that will sell well.
• Setting up products in appealing displays
• Working with management to develop strategies to increase sales.
• Communicating with staff and departments about merchandise shipments.
• Addressing customer inquiries or disputes.
• Tracking sales records and maintaining stock records.
• Prioritizing and expediting high-demand and special orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Microsoft suite experience

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Clear background and drug testing.
• Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.

Physical Requirements:
• Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily.
• Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
• Pushing hand truck with up to 150 lbs. of weight on it multiple times daily.
• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently.
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your
whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
