Title: Warehouse Loader
Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Purpose of this job:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Loader position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance. The Warehouse Loader will assist management with warehouse operations which include inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- You oversee accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation and follow warehouse instructions in building loads while maintaining a clean and safe work environment within company safety and standards.
- Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse in accordance with expiration dates.
- Properly clean and repackage product as set forth by company standards.
- Appropriately dispose of damaged and/or out of code product once approved by warehouse manager.
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse by disposing of trash daily, sweeping floors daily and using floor scrubber periodically.
- You will work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack
- Assist where needed.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must hold a clean commercial driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 15 days of hire.
- Clear background and drug test.
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
- Preferred prior sales experience.
- Forklift certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Repeatedly lifting 25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily.
- Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis.
- Pushing hand truck with up to 150 lbs. of weight on it multiple times daily.
- Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently.
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
