Job Summary:
The Propeller Repair Technician will be responsible for pitching propellers and assisting in other stages of the propeller repair process. The Propeller Repair Technician must be able to maintain effective communication with the Propeller Repair Manager to ensure the timely and accurate completion of duties. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Weekends and overtime will be assigned as needed. The individual must have knowledge of the propeller repair process.

What you’ll do:
- Check and pitch propellers.
- Follow job site safety standards and protocols as deemed necessary according to company safety standards.
- Maintain propeller shop quality control standards.
- Assist team members with the completion of various job duties as necessary.
- Complete basic cleaning duties such as cleaning job site and discarding trash.
What you’ll need:
- Possess/maintain a working knowledge of various propeller shop positions to ensure proper training and satisfactory performance of job duties.
- Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance.
- Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.
- On the job training, regular training and re-certification required.
- Ability to work alone for extended periods and in teams.
