Office Admin: is responsible for smooth running of the day-day office including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Oversee the customer/patient experience (greeting upon entry and exit, and handle all scheduling needs)
- Oversee administrative functions (supplies, filing, managing insurance verification, client communication).
- Assisting Billing Department with insurance calls, appeals, and patient communication, as needed.
- Clear communication amongst office and patients.
Marketing Assistance: a dynamic marketing assistant, who can help grow the practice and help our marketing team implement a strong marketing strategy
- Assist marketing team in realizing social media presence and goals
- Assist with monthly sales initiatives
- Assist our Physician Referral Program (Relationships between our practice and our referral base. This includes communicating with front desk staff, office managers, and doctors throughout Manhattan)
Skills necessary include:
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Articulate and professional – must have excellent people skills on the phone and in-person
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-Oriented (required)
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management and/or customer service
- Experience working with insurance – (preferred)
- Must enjoy working in a team environment
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree (preferred)
- Two references that can attest to work ethic and/or customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time with opportunity of Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 3 shifts, 6-8 hours/day (Example Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Experience:
- Office Admin/Assistance: 2 years (Required)
