Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all policyholders through attentive listening and effective problem-solving.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.
Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the claims process, from initiation to resolution, ensuring a smooth experience.
Information Dissemination: Clearly communicate insurance options, changes, and updates to clients to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Cross-department Collaboration: Work in tandem with sales representatives to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License is essential.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
