The EHS Program Manager will work with the VP EHS, Director, Global Health & Safety and Regional EHS leaders to scope and deliver EHS Programs globally in support of the EHS strategy. Travel is required for the role to support EHS program implementations throughout the plant network (up to 50% initially, then quarterly expectations). Must live near one of our plant locations or Chicago.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide technical assistance on EHS-related continuous improvement Programs aligned with the EHS strategic program development and implementation
- Benchmark program opportunities inline with EHS strategic plan priorities
- Assess regulatory compliance across various safety programs and environmental media.
- Support the design and implementation of the EHS management systems and programs for regions
- Conduct training, field coaching, and assessment for EHS performance improvement Programs
- Manage multiple Programs within scope / budget / schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables
- Support regions to effectively manage and deliver Programs
