About the Position:
The Quality Manager will lead the management of quality control laboratory operations and the development of quality technicians. This role will work closely with the plant management team to address and solve quality issues as needed. The incumbent must ensure compliance with corporate quality policies and business objectives to produce products with superior value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor laboratory technicians to ensure quality assurance and quality control of final product.
- Develop and implement effective corrective actions for quality issues.
- Support corporate quality policies and standards to ensure final product meets the Company's quality specifications and customer expectations.
- Provide internal and external technical training in statistical process control, quality specifications, quality systems, and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field or Quality Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role.
- 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
