The Opportunity
This exciting opportunity is for a Shift Supervisor to join our team and play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the safety of shift personnel. As a key leader for the HMOS, you will be responsible for executing the Daily Management System at an L1 level, coordinating all production work, and ensuring safe execution of standard work and operational procedures.
You will also be responsible for producing material to customer specifications, meeting quality and performance metrics, and directly supervising all production team members assigned either permanently or temporarily to the shift team.
In addition, you will build a culture where EHS excellence is seen as the top value, drive world-class safety performance, and partner with department trainers to ensure completion of all required training.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in mechanical/chemical engineering or related field or applicable experience
- Three or more years of leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related field
- A proven track record of driving results through employee engagement and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success of team-building and individual development
