As a member of the Sales Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Sales Effectiveness, the Sales Operations Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting sales incentive program management, KPI reporting, and strategic initiative execution for sales. The Sales Operations Business Analyst will collaborate with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to improve sales operation processes and the efficiency of the sales department, supporting the organization's key strategic initiatives and driving change.
What You'll Do :
- Sales Incentive Program Processing
Manage and process sales incentive program accurately and timely
Design reports and dashboards that contain key sales incentive metrics to be reviewed with senior management
Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
Partner with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to ensure success of key project and initiatives
