We are looking for an experienced, warehouse / logistics associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities as a Warehouse Parts Coordinator. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing parts, picking, packing, scanning orders, and coordinating parts pickup. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service to internal & external personnel for parts in a professional and courteous manner
· Receive and stock parts
· Maintain accurate perpetual inventory and inventory records
· Monitor and communicate inventory status for emergency parts
· Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
· Process defective part returns efficiently
· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
· Complete diary logs into inventory, damaged items, etc.
· Report any discrepancies
· Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
· Ability to perform emergency deliveries on occasion
Requirements
· Excellent driving record
· Proven working experience as a warehouse worker (2 or more years preferred)
· Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Ability to lift heavy objects (at least 50lbs)
· High school degree
