Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Handle patient intake, including updating records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Working hours are full time and 12 hour shifts (9:30am-10:30pm) with a one hour lunch break to relax, recharge, and rest. Your work week will be 3 days on and 4 days off.
