PRN Nurse – Senior Day Program
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Nurse to join our Senior Day Program team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to program participants while supervising and delegating tasks to program attendants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Senior Day Program participants.
- Supervise and guide program attendants in their day-to-day care activities.
- Ensure all care provided aligns with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Senior Day Program Director to maintain exceptional care standards.

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program. The LVN must have a license from the Texas Board of Nursing and practice in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and rules and regulations of the Texas Board of Nursing.
Must have a current CPR Certification and current Food Handler card.
EXPERIENCE
Prefer SNF or AL nursing experience of at least 2 years, including experience working with people who have dementia.
