What You'll Do :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekends when needed.
- Provide customers with service recommendations and pricing options.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, helping to develop their skills.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 3 years as an HVAC Service Technician.
Certification : EPA Certification required (NATE Certification preferred).
Licensing : Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Technical Skills : Strong troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of wiring schematics, airflow diagnostics, and refrigeration handling.
Work Ethic : Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility : Willing to work overtime, on-call shifts, and occasional travel.
Customer Service : Professional and friendly communication with clients.
