What You'll Do
Experience: General commercial mechanical and/or sheet metal experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HVAC installation, pipe fitting, and mechanical systems.
Problem-Solving: Willingness to learn how to read blueprints and troubleshoot installation issues.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation of commercial HVAC systems, including DX, Hydronic, and VRF systems.
- Support plumbing system installations, including water supply, drainage, and fixture repairs.
- Help install and fabricate ductwork and related sheet metal components.
- Operate heavy equipment, such as excavators, backhoes, and trenching equipment.
- Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for installations and service calls.
- Follow OSHA regulations, company safety protocols, and local building codes.
- Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used.
