- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Currently possess a NYS Property & Casualty license
- Be able to obtain a NYS Life Accident & Health license
