General Information:

Student Assistant in the Education Support Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for a fast paced office. Concentration in the areas of: customer service, working with the public, data entry/verification; spreadsheets; reception; general office duties and procedures; and, training to understand teacher education admissions and licensure. Duties include: answering telephone; assembling packets; projects; mailings; copying; faxing; processing forms and, filing. Other duties as assigned.

Good communication skills, willingness to learn and work, shows attention to details.

Conditions of Employment:

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
