General Information:

The chief objective of this position is to preserve the integrity of Telecommunication’s commitment to Customer Service and Public Safety at James Madison University.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality control checks of Campus Emergency Phones and Dorm Room Connectivity –Jack Maintenance and/or Installation. Terminating and testing infrastructure.

Conditions of Employment:

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
