Job Summary:
The Carpenter Supervisor will help oversee new builds and renovations. In this role, you will assist in managing all personnel in the carpentry shop, which can range between 15-20 employees. In addition to assigning tasks, you will make sure the work is done correctly and enforce workplace safety regulations, and all other applicable federal, state laws and company policies. You may also perform or finish carpentry tasks on your own. We are looking for a dependable individual with excellent technique. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pm. The individual must have the availability to work overtime and travel to job sites, which may include out-of-town stays.

What you’ll do:
- Experience in general construction, cabinet skills, and finish work.
- Overall knowledge of carpentry and finish work.
- Ability to line up jobs and deal with contractors of other trades, and oversee other trades in general.
- Must have basic carpentry skills including but not limited to taking measurements and calculations, reading blueprints, proficient with power tools and fundamental math.
- Supervise a crew of 4-6 carpenters during construction projects.
- Assign finish carpentry tasks to workers.
- Complete finish carpentry tasks as needed.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as hanging drywall or painting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
What you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- Construction and carpentry experience.
- Physical stamina to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license.
