James Martin Associates, Inc. (JMA) is a Vernon Hills Snow and Landscape Management firm. We are seeking Laborers to produce high quality landscape installations and maintenance. Client satisfaction and performing work within allowed hours is essential. Must contribute to the company-wide duties, responsibilities, snowplow operations, goals and objectives of James Martin Associates. This position may or may not be a full-time position with JMA.

Responsibilities:
- Work with other crew members to produce quality landscapes safely using the allotted materials and labor hours.
- Coordinate and stage the projects with the foremen efficiently on site.
- Assist the foremen with the loading and unloading your truck each day.
- Handle material and equipment in the proper and safe manner to avoid damage and injury.
- Work as part of our snow operations throughout the winter.
Qualifications:
- 1 Years experience in Landscape Construction.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred with a clean driving record.
- Experience with heavy machinery is preferred.
- Ability to read landscape construction plans and proposals.
- English and Spanish preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $18 - $23/hour Overtime | 50-60 hours per week during spring/summer/fall with 2-3 Saturdays per month
