Overview:
The 100% Project is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Math Coach to support the implementation of math programs across our network of schools. This position will play a critical role in fostering a strong, cohesive approach to math education by supporting educators, providing professional development, and working closely with school leadership teams to ensure that high-quality, equitable math instruction is delivered in every classroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mathematics, teaching, and coaching, with a deep understanding of the developmental needs of students in elementary and middle school grades.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support to teachers and school leadership teams in implementing math curricula and programs, ensuring alignment with district-wide and state standards and network priorities.
Coaching and Collaboration: Work one-on-one with teachers and in small groups to provide coaching, lesson modeling, and observation feedback. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through collaborative planning and reflection.
Professional Development: Plan, organize, and facilitate professional development workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on best practices in math instruction, differentiated learning strategies, and curriculum implementation.
Data Analysis and Monitoring: Assist leadership teams and teachers in analyzing student data (e.g., assessments, formative evaluations) to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Use data to inform instruction and support targeted interventions.
Leadership Team Collaboration: Work closely with school leadership teams to align math instruction with school- and network-wide goals, track student progress, and address any challenges or gaps in math achievement across the network.
Resource Development and Curation: Assist in the creation and distribution of teaching resources, materials, and activities that enhance math instruction. Stay informed about new math tools and technologies to support effective teaching practices.
Family and Community Engagement: Engage with parents and community stakeholders to promote a shared understanding of the importance of math education and the role of the Math Coach in supporting student success.

Pay: $72,984.00 - $142,463.00 per year
