Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves helping customers find their ideal vehicle, providing product expertise, and guiding them through the sales process. You will work to meet sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Build strong rapport with potential buyers to understand their preferences, needs, and budget.
• Provide guidance and honest advice throughout the car-buying process.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the dealership’s inventory, including features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
• Stay updated on new models, trends, and industry developments.
• Sales Process:
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and performance.
• Present and negotiate purchase terms, including pricing and financing options.
• Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts and loan agreements.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Operational Duties:
• Assist in maintaining an attractive showroom by organizing and showcasing vehicles effectively.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Misc task assigned by managers

• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of vehicles.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales, is an advantage. But not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Work Environment:

• Showroom and outdoor settings for vehicle presentations and test drives.
• May require standing for long periods and occasional travel to meet clients or attend events.

Performance Metrics:

• Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
• Conversion rate of inquiries to sales.
