As a Product Specialist (Sennebogen), your typical responsibilities will include:
- Managing current and forward inventory of scrap handling equipment, primarily the Sennebogen line
- Ordering equipment with modified configuration/attachments
- Performing pricing for sales and valuation for trade-ins
- Assisting with resolving service issues
- Researching used equipment for purchases based on potential or demand
- Coordinating PDIs and repairs with the service department
- Collaborating with rental coordinators on demands and potentials for equipment
- Reviewing equipment descriptions in equipment management system for product line
- Updating ETAs and verbal notes in inventory system
- Processing and completing orders for sales and sales adjustment sheets to the sales administrator
- Coaching and collaborating with the sales representatives
- Traveling to customer locations to meet and support sales team when necessary
- Assisting sales team to remove any barriers to prevent closing
- Coordinating product training for sales representatives
- Maintaining relationships with manufacturer’s representatives
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, some college a plus
- Experience in Construction Equipment Industry
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
- Territory sales experience
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Professional and technical verbal and written communication
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize duties and problem solve
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
- Travel is required within territory
