As a Sales Admin, your typical responsibilities will include:
- Invoicing equipment sales throughout the month
- Posting entries/vouchers to our financial system
- Working in sales programs and dealership systems to support sales team
- Deal processing
- Assisting in any customer financing needs
- General administrative duties such as answering calls, responding to both internal and external customers, and other duties as assigned
Requirements include:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- General accounting knowledge
- Previous experience in a administrative position preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
- High School degree or equivalent experience
