- Maintaining Parts On Site Cabinets.
- Selling defined wear parts and promotional products.
- Delivering Parts when URGENT.
- Increasing incremental labor sales by coordinating with Service Manager regarding service quotes and customer concerns.
- Selling inspection agreements, maintenance packages, and extended warranties.
- Building customer loyalty by promoting and representing the James River organization.
- Communicating customer problems via email to the managers responsible for resolving the problem.
- Completing JDU CSR Certification path.
- Developing a customer call schedule for the assigned area of responsibility.
- Submitting call reports in a timely manner.
- Maintaining customer machine lists and completing customer product support purchasing profiles.
- Meeting product support sales objectives.
