In this role, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources in new markets while developing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. You'll generate patient referrals by educating physicians and referral sources on the benefits of receiving quality care at home. As a "patient advocate," you'll follow referred patients, collaborating with the Intake team and clinicians to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer service experience.

Business Development :

  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and establish a strong presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze industry data and competitor strategies to inform sales and marketing plans.
  • Drive new sales areas and improve existing sales through innovative methods.
  • Stay updated on business trends and create new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Train junior salespeople to enhance performance and meet targets.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and competitive positioning.
  • Sales :

  • Set and achieve sales goals, forecast needs, and execute business strategy.
  • Present the benefits of home care to physicians and referral sources in the medical community.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business.
  • Grow market share through increased referrals and program participation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring quality service.
  • Collaborate with operational, clinical, and business teams to track referrals and patient progress.
  • Perform sales calls, prospecting, and liaison visits to meet goals and expand accounts.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, outreach, or a healthcare-related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage with healthcare professionals at all levels.
