What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Agency Manager position at James River Insurance Agency?
James River Insurance Agency located in Jamestown, ND is looking for an outgoing team player to join our organization as a full-time Agency Manager . Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities include: Overseeing the daily operations of the agency, answering phone calls, assisting customers, quoting and selling policies, processing policy changes, updating client files, maintaining records and correspondence, processing mail and preparing deposits. Familiarity with bookkeeping and computer functions are preferred.
Candidates are required to have experience in personal lines insurance and hold an active ND P&C Insurance license.
This is a full-time position with office hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
