Scope of Position
The primary responsibility of this high-energy, fast-paced position of Project Manager is grow the portfolio of government customers while providing the current customer base with ongoing support. The project manager serves as a link between government customers and JRS’ operations team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop technical responses to RFXs (RFPs, RFQs, RFTs, ITB,etc.) on a federal, statewide, local and commercial level.
Analyze proposal requirements, as well as competitors' responses, to develop comprehensive and innovative strategies that meet all requirements and are competitive.
Work closely across all departments, including upper management, to ensure the proposals are closely tailored to the entity’s needs.
Create presentations that exemplify JRS’ strengths
Consistently meets all deadlines.
Identify suitable partners for strategic relationships including subcontractors and MWBE utilization.
Oversee the on-boarding of all new government accounts, servicing of these accounts, and overall account relations.
Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed by the customer.
Pull reports and create specialized reporting as requested.
Assist in keeping customer account information up to date across multiple programs.
Skills/ Experience
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Demonstrate strong leadership
Strong Microsoft office suite skills with a proficiency in excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think critically and formulate creative solutions
Experience with contract administration, negotiations, and/or proposal preparation
Customer service and/or project management experience is a plus
Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this position, the candidate must be a self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, must be able to meet deadlines and diligently check work, both own and that of others. Must have exceptional skills with Microsoft products and diligently keep up with emails. Direct experience with customer service and/or project management is a plus.

Competitive salary ($50,000 - $60,000) plus potentially Bonus incentives
