Senior Finance Systems Analyst | Leading P&C Insurance Carrier

About the Role :

This is a high-impact role for a finance professional with expertise in financial systems, process optimization, and technology-driven transformation . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in modernizing financial operations, improving efficiency, and leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Finance Transformation Strategy – Lead and execute a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Process Optimization – Evaluate existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Financial Systems & Technology – Partner with IT to assess, upgrade, and implement ERP platforms, automation tools, and analytics solutions to support finance transformation efforts.
Change Management – Ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes by providing training, support, and clear communication to finance teams.
Project Leadership – Oversee finance transformation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a key liaison between finance, IT, and senior leadership , communicating progress and ensuring alignment on transformation initiatives.
Data & Analytics – Utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and establish a robust financial data governance framework .

What We’re Looking For :

7 years of experience in finance transformation, financial systems, or process improvement, preferably in insurance or financial services .

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field ; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred .

Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), financial automation tools, and data analytics platforms .

Proven success in leading large-scale finance transformation projects and implementing best-in-class financial reporting solutions .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience driving collaboration across finance, IT, and senior stakeholders .
