About Our Client:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute regional business plans in collaboration with management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers and clients, with regular travel required.
- Underwrite and price multiline primary casualty and construction accounts while adhering to company guidelines.
- Drive premium growth to meet budgeted targets and contribute to overall profitability.
- Prepare quotes, binders, and account documentation with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct weekly forecasting and provide updates to home office leadership.
- Assist in training and mentoring underwriting support staff.
- Conduct self-audits and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and best practices.
- Prepare reports and ensure timely premium booking and account management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in multiline primary casualty or construction underwriting.
- Established broker and agent relationships with proven expertise in construction accounts.
- Strong marketing, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage a high workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of WC, GL, and AL lines of business and a solid understanding of insurance and finance principles.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development through industry courses or certifications if not already obtained.
