About Our Client:
James Search Group is proud to partner with a leading global P&C insurance carrier that is driving strategic change and innovation across its operations. Our client is committed to enhancing business performance through enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and is seeking a Transformation Director to lead these efforts. This is a high-impact role within the Consulting & Transformation division, reporting directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff.
About the Role:
The Transformation Director will be responsible for leading strategic transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, and driving measurable business outcomes. This individual will oversee program governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining accountability for execution and success tracking. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
- Lead the governance, structure, and execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to define key business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success and impact of transformation programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives, business leaders, and transformation teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Champion change management best practices, mitigating resistance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, M&A integration, or corporate restructuring.
- Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale transformation programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong strategic problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in program governance, KPI development, and performance tracking.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required.
