Job Responsibilities
- Manage current and new projects while consistently assessing projects for continuous improvement
- Estimating new projects
- Mentor others in improving their CNC manufacturing skills
- Work within the Company’s ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements
- 10-year minimum hands-on experience with CNC programming and set-up
- Highly proficient in CAM programming
- Strong knowledge of standard and custom tooling
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- The ability to multi-task as required
- Excellent verbal and written skills
