We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and risk assessment. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Head of Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

Duties

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the finance team to manage corporate accounting functions.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
• Lead the account analysis process to identify trends and variances in financial performance.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Experience

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Head of Finance or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, corporate accounting, and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and report writing.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 regulations is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Valid CPA required .

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
