We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and risk assessment. Duties
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the finance team to manage corporate accounting functions.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
- Lead the account analysis process to identify trends and variances in financial performance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Head of Finance or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, corporate accounting, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and report writing.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid CPA required .
