In this role, you will lead a team of project managers across Southern Maine and New Hampshire, providing hands-on, in-field support to ensure projects run smoothly, meet industry regulations, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Oversee: Manage field operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and project specifications
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding workmanship warranties and quality-related matters, providing clear solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork among project managers and subcontractors.
- Safety Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations on construction sites.
